Job Description
SVG is looking for an experienced and dependable Concrete Pump Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with no restrictions and experience operating concrete pumping equipment. The operator will be responsible for safely transporting, setting up, operating, and cleaning concrete pumping equipment at construction job sites.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate concrete pumps and related equipment.
- Drive commercial vehicles to and from construction sites.
- Set up, operate, break down, and clean concrete pumping equipment.
- Work with concrete crews and general contractors to complete pours efficiently.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and job-site safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
Requirements
- Valid CDL with no restrictions.
- Clean driving record preferred.
- Previous concrete pump operating experience preferred.
- Knowledge of construction site safety procedures.
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical job duties.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional overtime.
- Ability to travel to different construction job sites as needed.
