Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our cleaning team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas according to established standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and maintained properly
- Follow specific client instructions for special cleaning requests or sensitive areas
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail during each cleaning session
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred but not required
- Prior experience in residential cleaning is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation to reach various job sites
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service
