Residential Cleaner — Cleaning Quality
Location: Sturgis / Spearfish / Belle Fourche / Rapid City, SD area
Job Type: Part-time, flexible schedule
Pay: $20/hour tips mileage reimbursement
About Us:
Cleaning Quality is a locally owned residential cleaning company with some commercial cleaning opportunities. We're a small, hands-on team — you'll work directly with the owners, not get lost in a big company.
The Role:
We're hiring a cleaner who can work with our team on residential jobs (daytime hours) and/or commercial jobs (evening hours). Let us know your availability and preference — many of our cleaners choose one or the other, and some do both.
What you'll do:
- Clean homes and/or commercial spaces (offices, retail, etc.) following our quality standards
- Follow cleaning checklists and use provided supplies/equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients and teammates
- Travel between job sites throughout the day
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required — you'll need to travel between job sites)
- Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work
- Trustworthy — you will be working in clients' homes and businesses, sometimes unsupervised (full background check will be performed)
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and be on your feet for cleaning shifts
Schedule:
Part-time with flexible scheduling. Daytime hours for residential jobs; evening hours for commercial jobs. Let us know your availability when you apply.
