A&R Wastewater Management is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator / Construction Foreman to lead our septic, sewer, and wastewater installation division. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading crews, operating heavy equipment, solving field challenges, and delivering high-quality work.
We install residential and commercial septic systems, sewer laterals, lift stations, force mains, stormwater systems, and perform excavation throughout Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan.
