A&R Sealcoating Is Hiring Class A CDL Driver / Laborer – Concrete Crew
Seasonal Position | April–October (Potential through November)
40–60 Hours Per Week | Some Weekend Work Required
A&R Sealcoating is looking for a dependable, hard-working Class A CDL Driver / Laborer to join our concrete crew. We are a growing company that takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and getting the job done right the first time.
This is not just a driving position — we are looking for a team player willing to work alongside the crew and contribute on job sites daily.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate Class A CDL trucks safely and responsibly
- Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
- Assist with concrete work, site preparation, and cleanup
- Perform physical labor, including heavy lifting
- Support crew efficiency and maintain professional job sites
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Class A CDL (Required)
- Ability to work 40–60 hours per week
- Availability for occasional weekend work
- Physically capable of heavy lifting and outdoor work
- Skid steer experience preferred
- Concrete experience is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
