2nd shift Manufacturing Associate – Torrington, CT (Contract to Hire)We’re hiring Manufacturing Associates / Production Workers / Machine Operators to join a busy manufacturing company in Torrington.About the RoleAs a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll play a vital role in producing specialized system components. You’ll receive hands-on training and rotate through a variety of manual, semi-automated, and automated tasks with a strong focus on quality, precision, and teamwork. Cross-training across departments provides variety and the opportunity to expand your skills.Schedule & Pay:2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM | $19.80/hrTraining: All new hires will complete approx. 4 weeks of training on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)Work Environment:Climate-controlled manufacturing facility located in Torrington.What We’re Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED (required)Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, machine operation, construction or other hands-on roles preferred but not required.Interest in manufacturing with a willingness to learnAbility to stand and move for an entire 8-hour shiftPhysically capable of lifting to 25 lbs (more with assistance)Basic computer knowledge; interest in learning precision toolsStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailThis is a great opportunity to start or grow your manufacturing career with a stable, well-established company in Torrington.
