Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Call Center

A.R. Mazzotta is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a healthcare-focused call center in the Meriden area. This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who has worked in a medical, healthcare, or medical insurance environment and has call center experience.
In this role, you’ll assist customers with insurance-related questions, provide information, and offer general assistance while delivering professional, customer-focused service.
What will make you successful:
- Call center experience is required
- Previous experience in healthcare, a medical office, or medical insurance is required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable answering questions and assisting customers by phone
- Ability to navigate multiple computer programs and systems
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy call center environment
- Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
