Our client in the Meriden area is looking for an organized and motivated Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join their team right away! This contract-to-hire position offers $19/hour, 15-20 hours per week, and the chance to step into a rewarding role supporting a meaningful organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and type church bulletins using Microsoft Office
  • Answer and manage phone lines professionally
  • Make copies and manage general office tasks
  • Order office and ministry supplies as needed
  • Update and maintain information in the church database
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Schedule & Compensation:
  • Part-time, 15 hours per week to start, then growing into 20 hours per week
  • Pay starts at $19/hour
  • Upon hire, pay increases to $20/hour
