Home2 Suites – Mobile is looking for an energetic, guest-obsessed Front Desk Supervisor to lead our Front Office and Breakfast teams on-shift. If you love creating five-star first impressions, thrive on solving problems on the fly, and want real leadership experience with a growing hospitality brand, this is your next move.
As a Supervisor, you're more than a shift-lead — you're the face of the hotel, the go-to for your team, and the Manager on Duty when our GM/AGM step away. You'll train, coach, and hold the front desk team accountable while keeping our guests smiling from check-in to check-out.

This is a 24/7 hotel operation, and this role requires open availability — including early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. You'll rotate weekend/PM shifts with the AGM and may need to cover call-outs with full 8-hour shifts. If you need a fixed daytime-only or weekends-off schedule, this role won't be the right fit — but if flexibility is your strength, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
Provide daily, hands-on leadership to the Front Desk and Breakfast teams
Train, coach, and hold associates accountable to brand and company standards
Step in as Manager on Duty when the GM/AGM is off-property
Greet, check in, and check out guests with efficiency and genuine warmth
Handle guest concerns using recovery tools, logging everything in Quore
Manage reservations, OTA bookings, billing, and loyalty enrollments
Oversee cash handling, deposits, and daily reconciliation
Keep the lobby and desk on-brand: no clutter, no phones at the desk, always guest-ready
Communicate across Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B to keep operations seamless

What You Bring
Open availability across all shifts, including weekends and holidays (required)
Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not required — we'll train the right attitude
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Comfort working fast-paced and making quick, confident decisions
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
A professional, ethical, team-first mindset with a passion for guest service
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
