NO HOTEL EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM!
Hospitality experience is a plus but NOT required. If you have a great attitude, a strong service mindset, and you're a quick learner, we'll teach you the rest!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Greet guests with a warm smile and handle check-ins and check-outs
- Answer calls, make reservations, and help guests with questions and requests
- Register guests, verify payment, and keep records accurate
- Assign rooms, pre-register groups, and prepare key packets
- Solve guest concerns quickly and professionally (and turn them into happy guests!)
- Work with Housekeeping, Breakfast, Laundry, and event teams to make every stay great
- Handle shift drops, Lost and Found, and daily front desk paperwork
- Keep the front desk and back office clean and organized
- Protect guest and company confidentiality
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

SCHEDULE:
Varied schedule including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be available during busy seasons and special events. Flexibility is a must!
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds.
