What You'll Do
Greet, check in, and check out guests with warmth and professionalism
Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries with ease
Verify payments and guest information accurately in our property management system
Prepare key packets and coordinate group arrivals
Solve problems on the spot and turn guest concerns into five-star experiences
Team up with Housekeeping, Breakfast, and Laundry to keep things running smoothly
Keep the front desk sharp, organized, and guest-ready
What You Bring
A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service (hotel experience a plus, not required!)
Strong communication and organizational skills
