Regional CDL-A Driver - No Experience Needed
Job Type: Full-time

Pay & Compensation
- Average pay: $1,500 - $1,900/week
- Estimated annual pay: $78,000 - $100,000
- CPM: 60¢ - 70¢ (based on experience)
- Stop pay: $10 per stop
- Average miles: 2,400 - 2,800 per week
Home Time
- 2 days at home after every 12 days on the road
Orientation
- One day long
- $300 paid with your first paycheck upon hire
- Transportation and hotel provided
- Includes an English proficiency test and driving skills assessment
Freight
- Haul dry van freight across 5 Western states with 100% no-touch loads. Keep your miles consistent with regular regional routes and freight available year-round

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
- Pick up and deliver freight on assigned regional routes
- Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and team members
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations
- Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- No prior driving experience required recent CDL grads encouraged to apply
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- Valid DOT medical card
- Must pass DOT-required pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- MVR that satisfies DOT and company safety requirements
- Must reside within 75 miles of Lathrop, CA
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
