Local CDL-A Driver - No Experience Needed

Pay & Compensation
- Average pay: $1,200 - $1,600/week
- Estimated annual pay: $63,000 - $83,000
- CPM: 50¢ - 65¢ (based on experience)
- Stop pay: $10 per stop
- Average miles: 2,000 - 2,300 per week
Home Time
- Home every day after your shift
- Night shift
Orientation
- One day long
- $300 paid with your first paycheck upon hire
- Transportation and hotel provided
- Includes an English proficiency test and driving skills assessment
Freight
- Deliver dry van freight on local routes across Georgia and Alabama, with 100% no-touch loads. Keep your routes close to home and enjoy regular work backed by consistent freight throughout the year

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
- Pick up and deliver freight on assigned regional routes
- Maintain professional communication with customers, dispatch, and team members
- Maintain accurate electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Follow DOT, FMCSA, company, and safety regulations
- Communicate with dispatch about load status, delays, and delivery updates
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- No prior driving experience required recent CDL grads encouraged to apply
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- Valid DOT medical card
- Must pass DOT-required pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- MVR that satisfies DOT and company safety requirements
- Must reside within 50 miles of Auburn, AL
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
