What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards
• Lead, train, and support team members
• Manage inventory and control labor hours
• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Perform quality checks and hands-on cleaning as needed
• Run team huddles and communicate updates clearly
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior supervisory experience (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable transportation clean driving record
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Experience with inventory and labor management
