- Lead and supervise specialty services crews on nightly assignments
- Perform and oversee floor care services including:
- Stripping and waxing
- Buffing and burnishing
- Carpet cleaning and extraction
- Deep floor restoration projects
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Train and mentor team members on equipment and best practices
- Maintain floor care equipment and supplies
- Ensure all safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines are followed
- Communicate professionally with clients and address concerns when needed
- Work side-by-side with your team to complete projects successfully
- Professional floor care experience
- Experience operating floor care equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Previous supervisor, lead, or crew leader experience
- Knowledge of floor finishing, restoration, and carpet care techniques
- Experience training and developing team members
