What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations and keep everything running smoothly
- Support, train, and motivate a high-performing team
- Manage inventory, supplies, and labor hours efficiently
- Deliver top-quality service and resolve customer concerns
- Perform inspections and ensure a clean, professional environment
- Run team huddles and collaborate with management
- Help team members grow and advance
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable transportation & clean driving record
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Prior supervisory experience (preferred)
- Experience with inventory and labor management (a plus)
- Bilingual skills (bonus!)
