Shift: Saturday & Sunday

Hours: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

A Quality Facility Services is looking for a dependable, motivated Weekend Team Lead to join our growing team in Pittsburgh. If you enjoy staying busy, supporting others, and want real opportunities for advancement, this role is for you.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll help keep buildings running smoothly, step in when staffing is low, and provide daily support to your team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead teams across multiple buildings as needed
• Conduct quality checks and ensure standards are met
• Train, support, and motivate team members
• Track labor hours and assist with budget management
• Place weekly supply orders
• Communicate updates in hours, procedures, or policies
• Work closely with the Account Manager
• Learn all positions in assigned buildings to provide coverage when needed
• Identify additional service opportunities (carpet cleaning, window cleaning, etc.)
