This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll help oversee team performance, ensure quality standards, and support staff as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise team members and ensure smooth daily operations
- Conduct quality checks to maintain service standards
- Train, support, and motivate team members
- Track labor hours and assist with scheduling and efficiency
- Manage inventory and place supply orders
- Communicate updates on schedules, procedures, and company policies
- Work closely with the Account Manager
- Step in to assist with coverage when needed
- Identify opportunities for additional services (carpet cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, etc.)
- Reliable and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Leadership mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Comfortable stepping into different roles as needed
- Janitorial or facility services experience preferred (not required)
