What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee 2nd shift operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to perform at their best
• Jump in and assist with hands-on cleaning when needed
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment readiness
• Conduct quality inspections and final walkthroughs
• Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Monitor labor hours and help keep operations on budget
• Run quick daily huddles and communicate updates clearly
• Build a positive, team-first culture
  
  

What You Bring

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
• Reliable transportation clean driving record
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to multitask and lead by example
• Experience with inventory or labor management is a plus
• Bilingual? Even better!
