What You'll Do
- Lead and support a team to ensure daily cleaning and facility service tasks are completed efficiently
- Conduct quality inspections and final walk-throughs to ensure work meets company standards
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve success
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste
- Monitor labor hours and help meet budget goals
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly
- Hold daily team huddles and participate in weekly meetings with management
- Ensure staff have the tools and supplies needed before each shift
- Communicate schedule updates, policy changes, and important information to team members
- Help identify and develop future leaders within the team
- Participate in facility cleaning and operational tasks as needed
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience managing inventory and labor budgets is a plus
- Stable work history
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
