A Quality Facility Services is looking for a motivated Supervisor to lead daily operations, support a strong team, and ensure top-quality service for our clients. If you’re a hands-on leader who loves helping teams succeed, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do

Lead and support your team during daily operations

Train, coach, and motivate staff

Help with cleaning tasks as needed

Run daily huddles & weekly check-ins with Area Manager

Handle customer questions & resolve issues professionally

Do quality inspections and final walk-throughs

Manage inventory, supplies, and stock levels
-
Maintain a clean, organized, professional worksite

Identify team members ready for more responsibility

Monitor labor hours and stay within budget

Improve processes to boost efficiency

Communicate updates clearly and consistently
-
Take ownership of results and client satisfaction

Previous supervisory experience preferred
