· Manage the full life cycle recruitment process from interview to placement

· Manage and grow the wallet share of assigned accounts
|
|
· Identify new opportunities and locations within the client to sell professional staffing services
|
|
· Provide qualified leads to Business Development Team for new account acquisition
|
|
· Represent Zing service delivery to new accounts initiated by Business Development Team
|
|
· Recruit and place direct hire and temporary openings
|
|
· Source active and passive candidates through various means including: referrals, events, social media, resume databases, and the creation and placement of advertising.
|
|
· Develop a robust talent pipeline for both current and future positions.
|
|
· Interview and evaluate prospective candidates, including scheduling technical interviews.
|
|
· Maintain and enhance recruiting database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
|
|
· Upload applicant resumes via online databases.
|
|
· Negotiate pay with candidates.
|
|
· Post job ads on job boards and social media sites.
|
|
· Format resumes and job descriptions.
|
|
· Craft a sales pitch and complete any additional client requirements (skills matrices, etc.) to submit candidates to open requirements.
|
|
· Oversee full candidate lifecycle, including managing acceptances/onboarding, extensions/raises, and exits
|
|
· Foster relationships with current employees to drive referrals
|
|
· Generate client and manager leads for sales reps through consultant relationship building and reference requests
|
|
· Represent Zing at industry functions and career fairs.
|
|
· Stay up to date with applicable labor laws and interviewing best-practices.
|
|
· All other duties as assigned
