A Plus Tree, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader for the day-to-day support of our Tree workers' crews. This position is based in American Canyon, CAOur Crew Leaders are responsible for building a high-performing team by coaching, training, and developing Tree Workers to be great leaders, operators, and coaches. They oversee all aspects of recruiting, training, management, fiscal compliance, and overall operations of a crew to ensure high quality, safety, service excellence, satisfaction, and maximum profitability.
