WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Prospecting & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, multi-family, HOA, and municipal accounts.
- Drive outbound activity through networking, direct outreach, site visits, and participation in industry associations.
- Position A Plus Tree as the preferred provider for tree care, vegetation management, and urban forestry services.
Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
- Collaborate with our Urban Forest Manager to strengthen and build client relationships.
- Drive revenue growth through new account acquisition, contract renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct drop ins, host lunch and learns, educational events to teach potential clients of our service offerings.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Background in commercial services, landscaping, construction, multi-family, or a related industry is a strong plus.
- A natural relationship-builder who is equally comfortable in the field and the boardroom.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to ask the right questions and follow through consistently.
- Self-starter with a high-energy, competitive mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple opportunities across a defined territory simultaneously.
