Role Description
This is a full-time, Remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer . The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients with their mortgage needs, assessing their financial status, evaluating creditworthiness, and structuring loans. Daily tasks will include providing exceptional customer service, advising clients on suitable mortgage options, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The role also involves preparing and reviewing loan applications, and collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience as a Loan Officer with knowledge in the US mortgage industry and mortgage lending
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Familiarity with mortgage software and tools
- Available to work as per US timings.
