We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion, high energy, with at least 3 years of sales and marketing experience within the hospice or home health arena, with a proven track record in driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills and compassion. Must be a strong relationship builder with the ability to work independently.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through connecting with hospitals, physicians and Skilled nursing facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners.
- Utilize contact management software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
Requirements
3 years of sales and marketing experience within the hospice or home health arena, with a proven track record in driving sales growth.
- Proven experience and verifiable performance in hospice or home health sales.
- Proficiency in contact management CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
