Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our dynamic staffing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assigning new PT, OT, ST, ABA, SI cases to therapists in the early intervention program for babies ages 0-3 years.
Duties
- Ensure schedule is completed in such a way as to retain all clients, hours, therapists
- Match therapists with client needs/preferences
- Assuring that the schedule is current and accurate at any given time
- Communicates staffing and availability needs to appropriate Director and Human Resource Manager
- Effectively handle inbound/outbound client/caregiver phone calls
