Job Summary:
Primary responsibility is for oversight of the electronic information system of the Agency and staff education.
Essential Functions:
Provides information system support, which may include, planning, development, and implementation of the Agency- wide integrated computer system.
Facilitates the communications system through maintenance of computers and software updates.
Educates staff on computer and software utilization.
Provides data entry support, when necessary.
Promotes the Agency’s philosophy and mission by presenting a positive image to staff and community.
Provides effective communication to team members and maintains confidentiality.
Performs other duties as required and as specific to training.
