Administrative Assistant / Receptionist – Jersey City, NJ - $21.00 p/h
This well-established company needs your communication and computer expertise for this position!
Responsibilities include:
Ø Greeting visitors
Ø Answering phones and directing calls to the proper person
Ø Receiving/Distributing mail and Fedex/UPS items
Ø Scheduling Meetings and setting up conference room for Teams Meetings
Ø Ensuring the kitchen area is clean
Ø Ordering supplies on Amazon and sending to branch offices
Ø Filing, copying faxing
Ø Other general office duties
Ø Special projects when needed
Requirements include:
Ø Prior office experience
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ø Experience with MSWord, Excel, Outlook, Teams Meetings
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00AM – 5:30PM (1 hour lunch)
