A Day in the Life of a Field Nurse (LPN)
As a Field Nurse, you provide essential hands‑on care to patients in their homes. Your responsibilities include:
- Performing skilled nursing tasks such as injections and wound care
- Preparing equipment and materials for patient visits
- Teaching patients' self‑care techniques to support independence
- Communicating with RNs and case managers to clarify instructions and provide updates
- Assisting RNs or physicians with specialized procedures
- Following infection control and universal precautions
- Reporting suspected abuse per state and federal guidelines
- Maintaining accurate clinical notes and driving records
- Ensuring punctuality and reliability in daily scheduling

Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma LPN license
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel long distances and adapt to schedule changes
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in home health, critical care, or emergency care is a plus

Work Schedule
Full‑time, Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
