What You'll Do as an Assistant Clinical Manager
In this leadership role, you'll support the Clinical Manager in overseeing daily clinical operations and serve as a key connection between referral sources, patients, caregivers, and staff. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the development and revision of individualized patient care plans
- Responding promptly to staff and physician calls regarding orders or care concerns
- Ensuring accurate entry of orders, medication updates, and patient information
- Leading weekly case conferences and supporting decisions based on clinical findings
- Maintaining strong referral source relationships and promoting positive patient outcomes
- Entering referrals into Home Care Home Base accurately and promptly
- Assisting with scheduling and occasionally providing direct patient care
- Participating in interviewing, hiring, evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Practicing infection control and reporting any suspected abuse per state and federal guidelines
- Demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to high‑quality care

What We're Looking For
- Active RN license in Oklahoma (in good standing)
- At least 2 years of home health nursing experience
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)
- Knowledge of Medicare home health guidelines
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
You'll excel in this role if you're organized, detail‑oriented, calm under pressure, and able to motivate and support your team while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
Schedule
This full‑time position follows a Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
