Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and route messages to charge nurses and staff
- Provide general information and assistance to callers
- Maintain logs, reports, and departmental records
- Monitor and manage office supplies
- Support clerical and administrative functions within the unit
- Ensure timely and accurate communication across teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, data entry, etc.)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
