We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their foundational years. In this vital role, you will be closing down the classroom in the evening and maintaining the same quality of care for our children we serve. You will continue to create a warm, engaging, and educational environment that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional development. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help children develop essential skills through innovative lesson planning, hands-on activities, and positive interactions. You will aso be responsible preparing the room for the next day so that your peer that opens will have a smooth opening. Duties
- Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
- Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence among children.
- Manage classroom activities and behavior to ensure a positive learning atmosphere using effective behavior management techniques.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of child development to tailor instruction and support individual learning needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or behavior.
- Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning, classroom management strategies, and implementing special education or early intervention programs when necessary.
- Follow mandated reporting laws to ensure the safety and well-being of all children in accordance with legal requirements.
- Clean and organize the classroom, restock supplies, secure matewrials and equiptment
- Prepare the room for the next day.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Experience working with children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers.
- Ability follow lesson [lans and scedules
