Reports To: Utilities Supervisor, Walter Lawrence
Location: Hamilton Facility – Atlanta, GA
Pay Range: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
Available Shifts
- Shift A: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday — 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM (Off: Thursday & Friday)
- Shift B: Tuesday–Saturday — 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM (Off: Sunday & Monday)
- Shift C: Friday–Tuesday — 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM (Off: Wednesday & Thursday)
Job Summary
A National Transit, LLC / MARTA Mobility is seeking dedicated, reliable, and hardworking Utilities Workers to join our team. This department plays a critical role in ensuring every bus in our fleet is fueled, cleaned, sanitized, and ready for service each day.
This is not a sit-down position — the work is hands-on, active, and vital to daily operations. We need individuals who take pride in their work, are dependable, and understand the importance of safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Fuel all vehicles and replenish necessary fluids.
- Log and record fueling and replenishment information accurately.
- Safely drive, maneuver, and park vehicles.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning in fueling areas and facilities.
- Clean and detail bus interiors and exteriors to company standards.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to operate and maneuver various types of vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Basic maintenance knowledge preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
