We are seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to join our on-call backup care team, providing high-quality in-home care to families when their regular childcare plans fall through.

Work is as-needed and not guaranteed, but many of our caregivers remain with us for years, return seasonally, or pair this role alongside another job for extra income.

Schedule & Availability

• Peak demand: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Additional opportunities:

• Accept only the assignments that work for you

Pay

• $19–$20 per hour, based on experience
• Paid per assignment
• No unpaid “standby” time

(Please Do Not Apply if you Can't Accept an On-Call Position/Drive 45-1 Hr. & work an 8am-6pm shift or evenings/weekends)

(Only Open to Insured Drivers who have a working Vehicle)

Duties

• Supervise and engage with children in various activities, including playtime, educational games, and outings.
• Provide care for infants & toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Assist with daily routines such as meal preparation, bathing, dressing, and bedtime.
• Care for children through age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Administer first aid when necessary and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

Experience

• Previous experience with infant care, toddler care is required.
• Special needs experience a plus
• Familiarity with working with children who have disabilities is a plus.
• A background in babysitting, daycare worker, school, camp worker, or church nursery can enhance your candidacy.
• A genuine love for children and a commitment to their growth and happiness is essential.
