What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Care Coordinator position at A&M Service Center?
We are a locally owned automotive repair shop focused on quality work and long-term customer relationships—not high-pressure sales or chaos.
We are looking for someone to take care of our customers from start to finish—handling communication, updates, and overall experience.
What You’ll Do
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Greet customers and handle vehicle intake
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Calling/texting customers with updates
- Help customers move forward with needed work
- Handle payments and vehicle pickup process
- Keeping the front office clean, professional, and organized
What This Role Is NOT
- You will NOT be diagnosing vehicles
- You will NOT be building repair plans or repair orders
Your role is to take care of people and keep things moving smoothly
