Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and repair of different roofing systems, including metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and tile roofing.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively to carry out roofing tasks.
• Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety harnesses in accordance with construction safety regulations.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to support accurate project execution.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, metal panels, siding, and concrete forms while maintaining proper safety protocols.
• Support the installation of siding, stucco, metal stud framing, and trim carpentry as needed for remodeling projects.
• Follow all construction workplace safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for yourself and team members at all times.

Requirements

• Prior construction experience or hands-on outdoor work experience preferred; training available for motivated candidates.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and safety harnesses confidently.
• Knowledge of roofing repair techniques and familiarity with metal roofing or single-ply membrane roofing is a plus.
• Understanding of construction safety protocols and ability to adhere strictly to safety guidelines.
• Capable of interpreting technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Physically capable of heavy lifting and performing outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills such as remodeling, tile laying, or handyman tasks.
