Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of roofing systems on commercial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure the safety, durability, and longevity of roofing structures while adhering to strict safety protocols. Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including single-ply membrane roofing, metal roofing, and other specialized materials. (TPO)
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute roofing projects.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely and efficiently to complete roofing tasks.
• Ensure all work complies with construction safety harnesses, ladder use protocols, and workplace safety regulations.
• Perform siding installation, tile laying, stucco application, metal stud framing, and trim carpentry as needed for project completion.
• Conduct roofing repairs and remodeling work while adhering to safety protocol guidelines.
• Assist in interpreting technical drawings and blueprint reading for precise project execution on outdoor construction sites.

Experience

• Proven construction site experience with a focus on roofing installation and repair.
• Knowledge of various roofing materials including metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, and tile.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes and reading detailed blueprints or technical drawings.
• Experience working outdoors in different weather conditions with outdoor work safety practices.
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and construction safety harnesses.
• Background in siding installation, stucco application, concrete forming, remodeling projects or handyman work is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations including ladder use and fall protection measures.
