Appointment Setter - Roofing (Greensboro) | Paid Training + Growth Opportunities

A&M Premier Roofing & Construction is expanding into the Greensboro territory and hiring Appointment Setters (Canvassers). What you'll do: You'll be in the field, going door-to-door in Greensboro neighborhoods, talking to homeowners and setting appointments for our sales team. The better you are at connecting with people, the more you earn.

How you get paid:

• $50 for every appointment you set
• $100 when that appointment becomes a qualified lead
• $300 when it turns into a closed job
• Paid training while you learn the system

The more appointments you set, the more each one is worth as it moves down the pipeline. We'll walk you through the full earning breakdown in your first interview.

Important Greensboro requirements — please read before applying:

• You must have a reliable personal vehicle. You'll use your own car in the Greensboro territory. A gas card is provided to cover fuel.
• Two-week paid training in Raleigh. All Greensboro hires complete a two-week training at our Raleigh corporate office at the start. You'll need to be able to travel to Raleigh for those two weeks before working your local territory. This is required only for Greensboro hires.

This role IS for you if:

• You have a reliable car and are comfortable driving your Greensboro territory
• You can commit to two weeks of training in Raleigh up front
• You're comfortable working outdoors and knocking on doors
• You're motivated by performance pay and want your effort to control your income

This role probably ISN'T for you if:

• You don't have reliable personal transportation
• You can't commit to the initial two-week Raleigh training
• You want a desk job or a flat hourly wage with no performance upside
