What You'll Do
- Run pre-qualified in-home appointments
- Inspect roofs exterior projects (we train you)
- Build trust with homeowners and close deals same-day
- Manage your pipeline track activity in CRM
- Hit performance targets (close rate, revenue, job size)
- Generate 1 self-sourced lead per week
- $1M in closed revenue within your first year
- Strong close rate consistent weekly volume
- High activity = high earnings
- Sales experience is a plus - not required
- Background in roofing, construction, or in-home sales = big advantage
- Comfortable climbing ladders / inspecting roofs
- Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable
- Strong communication people skills
- Valid driver's license clean background
- Full-time, flexible schedule
- Evenings 2 Saturdays/month required (prime earning times)
