Gean Roofing is looking for motivated neighborhood canvassers. Get outdoors, chat with homeowners, and set up FREE no obligation roof inspections. We offer our employees paid on-the-job training, commission, and more!
As a Canvasser, here’s a sample of what you’ll communicate with homeowners, “We’re doing some work near the neighborhood, and right now we’re just letting people know we’re nearby if they need anything. We’re also helping homeowners evaluate the condition and remaining life of their roofs — especially roofs that are 10 years or older. What I’m doing is setting up appointments with our professional inspection team for a free, no-obligation roof inspection to let you know exactly where your roof stands, what’s still solid, and what might need attention down the road. Simply just providing information that you can use, even if you hire someone else. Is it okay if we give yours a look while we’re out looking at the others?”
That’s it! No sales experience needed and no getting on roofs! We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals over the age of 18. A professional appearance, with their own transportation to work around Michiana and surrounding areas.
COMPENSATION: You are paid every Friday – plus $25 for every inspection scheduled that happens, AND a bonus if the job is completed. Additional bonuses may be offered throughout the year. The sky's the limit!
