What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Flat Roof Laborer position at A&M Contractors, Inc.?
A&M Contractors, Inc. is seeking candidates for temporary positions installing roofing materials on flat roofs in Lincoln, Ne, and the surrounding areas. No prior roofing experience is required - we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. However, familiarity and experience with power tools is preferred.
Starting pay is based on work experience and a review period upon hiring. We offer weekly pay and 1.5x overtime pay for hours exceeding 40 hours in a week. We will equip you with all the necessary gear including tools, gloves, sunglasses, sunscreen, and Gatorade.
Work hours typically run from 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Workers are expected to wear appropriate attire. Primary responsibilities include installing single-ply or spray-on roofing materials (no hot tar or shingles), equipment and vehicle maintenance, and assisting with material transportation.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license, capable of climbing ladders over 20 feet tall, lift objects weighing 75 pounds or more, good driving recorded preferred, and drug screenings.
