What You Can Earn

• Paid Training: $15/hour for your first 2 weeks
• Appointment Setters: Base pay during training, then performance-based pay for qualified appointments
• Sales Closers: Base salary during your first month, then performance-based compensation
• Sales Commissions: 9% on company-generated leads and 11% on self-generated sales
• Unlimited Potential: Uncapped earnings and performance bonuses

1. Appointment Setter | Start Your Sales Career

• Connect with homeowners and introduce roofing services
• Identify potential roofing projects and schedule qualified appointments
• Build communication skills and grow with a supportive team

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of work experience in any field
• Valid driver's license
• Outgoing, dependable, coachable, and motivated

2. Roofing Sales Closer | Turn Opportunities Into Results

• Meet homeowners and conduct roof inspections
• Present solutions, follow up with prospects, and close sales
• Build customer relationships and manage sales opportunities

Requirements:

• 6–12 months of sales experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Confident communicator with a competitive, team-first mindset
• Athletic or sports backgrounds are a plus

Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, construction, roofing, solar, or other sales environments is welcome.
