What We Do
- Inspect, repair, and install single-ply roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, and PVC.
- Apply spray roofing coatings.
- Install spray foam insulation systems.
- Perform general commercial roofing work and assist with project completion.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with commercial roof inspections, repairs, and installations.
- Help prepare roof surfaces and materials for application and installation.
- Learn and perform roofing techniques based on your experience and training.
- Follow job-site safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
Skills & Physical Requirements
- Experience using power tools and hand tools is preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 75 pounds or more.
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at elevated heights.
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills, follow instructions, and work safely as part of a team.
Qualifications
- No previous roofing experience required. We are willing to train the right candidates.
- Experienced commercial roofers are encouraged to apply.
- Dependability, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Ability to work independently when needed and contribute to a team environment.
