Assistant Project Manager

White Castle Roofing is looking for a driven, organized, and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our Commercial Project Management team.
This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys keeping projects organized, solving problems, communicating with people, and making sure things get done.
What You'll Do
- Support Commercial Project Managers from project award through closeout
- Prepare and track submittals, project documentation, warranties, and closeout paperwork
- Coordinate material orders, deliveries, equipment, and vendors
- Maintain project schedules, files, and tracking systems
- Assist with purchase orders, change orders, work orders, and material takeoffs
- Coordinate communication between Project Managers, field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and customers
- Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding action items
- Help improve project processes, systems, and procedures
- Provide additional administrative and project support as needed
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of project coordination, construction administration, or related experience
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Commercial construction or roofing experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Construction Management or related degree preferred
