What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at A Loving Choice (ALC) Pregnancy Resource Center?
Essential Functions
- Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately.
- Contact clients prior to appointments via phone or text to provide reminders.
- Greet clients warmly and keep them informed of any appointment delays.
- Escort clients to the appropriate area for their appointments.
- Maintain the monthly volunteer schedule.
- Prepare and pull client files prior to counseling sessions.
- Ensure filing systems are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain familiarity with the Policy and Procedures Manual.
- Perform general clerical duties and provide ongoing support to the Site Manager with daily operations and special projects.
- Assist with fundraising efforts, including preparation of invitations and participant follow-up.
- Attend staff meetings and volunteer trainings.
- Perform opening and/or closing duties as needed.
- Maintain and update Resource Binders.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and pantry items and place orders as needed with approval from the Site Manager.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
