Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive new business opportunities by engaging with potential and existing clients, promoting our diverse product offerings, and closing sales. Your enthusiasm for customer service combined with your sales expertise will help us expand our reach and strengthen client relationships in the promotional products industry.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through door-to-door outreach, networking events, and lead generation strategies
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing the value of our custom promotional items and branding services
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support
- Negotiate deals effectively to meet or exceed sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage sales pipelines, and follow up on prospects
- Conduct technical sales presentations for large or complex orders involving custom embroidery or promotional products
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, direct sales, or technical sales within a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and customer acquisition techniques
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar CRM software for lead management and reporting. (Our inhouse system is OnSite.)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset
- Experience with promotional product sales and or marketing is a plus but not required; technical aptitude for explaining product benefits is essential
