Commercial Print Project Coordinator / Customer Service
Full-Time | In-Person | Monday–Friday (No weekends)
This is not a basic customer service job.
We are a fast-paced commercial print, direct mail, and marketing company looking for someone who can manage projects, communicate with clients, and keep jobs moving through production without things falling through the cracks.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate print, direct mail, signage, promotional product, and apparel projects
- Communicate directly with business clients about specs, timelines, and proofs
- Work with vendors to get quotes, place orders, and track progress
- Create and manage job tickets to keep production moving smoothly
- Review jobs for accuracy before they go out the door
- Help prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Experience We’re Looking For
- Experience in commercial print, direct mail, signage, or promotional products strongly preferred
- OR experience in a production, project coordination, or fast-paced office environment
- Familiarity with print workflows, job tickets, or estimating systems (PrintSmith, EFI, etc.) is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
