Job Summary

We are hiring a Remote Supply Chain Analyst for a high-impact role supporting product flow, exception resolution, and compliance operations in a fast-paced regulated environment. Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve high-volume exceptions impacting product flow and operational compliance
• Investigate data issues, workflow errors, and process breakdowns with strong attention to detail
• Support serialization, traceability, and compliance-related workflows in a regulated environment
• Manage queues, prioritize urgent issues, and meet time-sensitive service levels
• Maintain SOPs, documentation, and knowledge records for process consistency and audit readiness
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues
• Track trends, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements
• Build reports, summaries, and operational updates using Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in supply chain, healthcare, pharmacy, retail operations, compliance, or analytics
• Experience with exception management, queue management, investigations, or issue resolution
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, analysis, and data review
• Strong PowerPoint skills for operational reporting and presentations
• Experience working in a regulated environment with SOPs, compliance workflows, or documentation standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote setting
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with serialization, traceability, DSCSA, TraceLink, inventory flow, or pharmacy operations is a plus
