A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Senior Finance Program / Project Manager in San Jose, CA. The Senior Finance Program / Project Manager would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40 hours per week.

Senior Finance Program / Project Manager Compensation

• · The pay for this position is $95.00 – $105.00 per hour based on experience
• · Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• · A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Senior Finance Program / Project Manager Highlights

• · This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• · The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm

Senior Finance Program / Project Manager Responsibilities

• Lead Finance transformation programs from planning through execution, adoption, and value realization
• Partner with Finance leadership and stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and success metrics
• Drive program structure and delivery while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Facilitate meetings, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional discussions
• Support finance planning and process improvement initiatives
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across teams
• Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure accountability
• Lead change management efforts, including communication and training support
• Deliver clear presentations and status updates to senior leadership

Senior Finance Program / Project Manager Requirements

• 10 years of experience in Finance program/project management or Finance transformation
• Strong Finance background (not an IT Project Manager)
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience facilitating meetings and working with business partners
• Ability to balance structure with adaptability in program execution
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Senior Finance Program / Project Manager Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or Green Belt)
• Experience with Finance systems, reporting, and analytics platforms
